ReachLocal and ReachCast Review: "Every Penny Worth Its Investment"

  • I suggest everyone to take a look at our website ( and our placement on google and yahoo and you will automatically see how much effort Brad and his company put in for us. We've tried a few other companies before, all of which promised to cooperate with our budget. They all failed. Brad was ready to speak with us and he put our goals as his priority. He was not trying to sell anything to us. He told me exactly how he was going to make things work out for us and proceeded to achieve this. We've been working with Reachlocal for a couple of years now and I have nothing bad to say, only the best. Brad always made sure that our phone calls were always reached. He showed major concern in our business. He also introduced us to new social networks to further our services. Bri's help with reachcast was also very helpful. She helped us connect with more prospective clients. He took our budget and made every penny worth its investment. I'm very fortunate to work with Brad and his team and I wouldn't trust my money in anyone else.

ReachCast Review: Great Success, Great Customer Service

  • I used to run our social media sites myself, and I invested a good deal of time into social media marketing and customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns. When we first gave Reach Local a shot with the social media package, I was a bit wary of giving up control, but willing to give it a shot since we had so often had great success with their services.

    I have not been disappointed - in fact, Teri Guill, our rep, is running them better than I ever had a chance to. She's responsive, pro-active, and asks all the right questions. She handles customer service issues and routes our customers to the appropriate solution while also writing premium content to engage our audience. I am able to focus on other things knowing Teri is quite capably working to build our social network presences.

ReachCast Review: Medical Practice Says "They've Made Our Lives Easier..."

As a busy medical practice, we didn't really have the staff or the knowledge to set up and maintain our web presence, yet we knew how important it was. Just as we were thinking about our options, we received a call from Michael, from ReachLocal, who refreshingly said his was a sales call. So many sales people call and try to pretend they're best friends with our doctor (never getting past our gatekeeper), so Michael's forthrightness earned him our ear. He was so professional and explained the Reach Local concept in a way we could all understand. We soon met with our ReachLocal rep and her associates and felt such confidence in their ability to handle our web presence that we signed up right away. And do these people deliver! Everything they said they would do, they did in record time. And the results are outstanding! If you don't know of our practice, then you're just not googling on the internet, because we pop up at the top every time one of our keywords is used. Amazing! And now ReachLocal is handling our social networking sites, which has introduced us to new ways of marketing we didn't really know existed. This has freed us up to do the work we know how to do, allowing us to keep our patients happy while ReachLocal brings in the new patients. As if that wasn't enough, we really love our ReachLocal team and have become good friends. These professionals know what they're doing, and they get it right the first time. In fact, we've never had much luck working with our web designer when we've wanted to make changes. Our ReachLocal consultant, Alisa, got on the phone with them, made the changes we'd been requesting for months, and now they listen to us when we call with changes and updates. Best advice I can give: Do not try this at home, folks, unless you're into spinning your wheels. ReachLocal knows what they're doing. They've sure made our lives easier too...truly the best!
